CONFIDENTIALITY:

Your massage session and health information is completely confidential. We will not release this information unless we are legally subpoenaed.

SCHEDULING:

Services are taken by appointments and walk-ins are accommodated depending on our availability.

All appointments are reserved with a credit card at the time of scheduling. If you have a Gift card, we require the Gift Card number.

CANCELLATIONS AND LATE APPOINTMENTS:

Help us to keep the high standard of our service. Customers are obligated to contact us 24 hours in advance for cancellations. Failure to cancel during the time specified or to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee, which will be processed on the credit card retained on file.

Please be punctual. If you are late, time will be deducted from your massage appointment and full cost of the session will be expected.

ILLNESS:

There are times when massage should not be performed under certain medical conditions. It could actually make feel worse. If you are feeling ill, please call as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment to protect your health as well as that of the therapist and other clients.

GIFT CARDS AND GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Gift Cards are redeemable for massage services only-no cash value.

Gift Cards are no refundable.

Gift Cards must be presented at time of service.

Gift Cards will not be extended beyond the expiration date, which is 1 year after purchase.

TOUCH Studio of Massage is not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Cards.
